What keeps you motivated? I am always motivated by improvement. I like knowing that the work I am putting in is making me better.
Tips for younger athletes? The most important part is to have fun. Do what you enjoy. If you like running, run more. If you like biking, bike more. Just do what keeps you engaged and active.
