What are the different teams?

One of SNØ Racing’s goals is to grow and support the elite community of Nordic Skiers in the Central Region.

Our Teams are professional-level skiers eligible to receive a stipend to support competitions and training from the team. Their goals are focused on qualifying for and competing on the international level.

Our year-round athletes are a part of one of three teams:

  • World Team

  • Continental Team

  • Regional Team

Our Development Team works with athletes in college or those who have been out of college for one year into our support system. These athletes receive support at US Ski and Snowboard Camps and International Competitions.

How is the Team funded?

Snø Racing has diverse types of support. We receive funding from our founding partners, ABSF, CXC, and Loppet, as well as from our sponsors, like Best Choice Environmental. But our most significant funding source comes from donations!

Support comes in many different ways! Community groups or individuals can Adopt-An-Athlete, you can help support through the Podium Circle, or become a Friend of Snø Racing!
