Weekend Schedule

Thursday

• Camp arrival

• Center of Excellence tour

• Optional run or rollerski session

Friday

• Freestyle rollerski distance session

• Classic rollerski technique training

• Optional social dinner with other camp participants

Saturday

• Wasatch Crest hike, run, or mountain bike

• Ski strength & mechanics session

• Optional Social Dinner with SNØ Racing Athlete and Olympian Zak Ketterson and surprise guests.

Sunday

• Optional technique session

• Camp concludes.
